CCRACashRewards™ Membership
Only certified travel professionals in the U.S.A age 18 and over are eligible for membership in CCRACashRewards™ (the “Program”). You must be enrolled in the Program and have a valid ARC/IATA, CLIA, True ID or Travel Sellers number to be eligible to earn rewards under the Program.
Membership is open to individuals only. Individuals are limited to one membership in the Program only. Pooling of accounts is not permitted. Agencies and other corporate entities may not enroll in the Program. Membership is free, but is not transferable.
Enrollment
Travel professionals may enroll by logging on to CCRAtravel.com, clicking on the Register link, and completing the application form or updating their online Program profile via the My Account tab. Providing an applicable tax identification number, typically a Social Security Number, is an enrollment requirement for all travel professionals resident in the U.S. Failure to provide such information will void the enrollment
Once enrolled in the Program, travel professionals can begin earning rewards for every consumed hotel room night that they book through the CCRA portal at CCRAtravel.com beginning April 1, 2009.
Participation is limited to travel professionals who are not prohibited by their employer’s policies from participating in such rewards programs
Qualifying Transactions
Rewards are earned by CCRACashRewards™ Members for every consumed hotel room night that they book using the CCRA portal at CCRAtravel.com.
Members will earn one dollar ($1.00) for each consumed hotel room night that they book through the CCRA portal.
Members are able to access their CashRewards account balances online by logging on to www.ccratravel.com.
Payment for CashRewards Earned
CashRewards will be accrued by CCRA and paid out monthly as long as the Member’s earned CashRewards account balance at the end of the calendar month equals or exceeds $25.00. If the Member’s CashRewards account balance at the end of any month does not equal at least $25.00, payment will be deferred until the account balance at the end of a succeeding month equals at least $25.00. All CashRewards account balances, regardless of amount, will be paid out on December 31st of each year.
CashRewards payments will be mailed to Members at the address they have provided in their online Program profile. CCRA will only issue CashRewards payments for (U.S.-resident) Members who have a valid tax identification number on file with CCRA.
Program earnings are subject to all applicable laws and regulations. The Program is void where prohibited by law. CashRewards earnings may be subject to income or other taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient Member.

General Terms and Conditions
In the case of any dispute regarding CashRewards earned or any other aspect of the Program, CCRA will make the final decision.
CCRA reserves the right to change, extend or cancel the Program at any time with or without notice, even though the changes in question may affect, without limitation, the CashRewards structure and/or the value of the CashRewards already earned.
In addition, CCRA reserves the right to change or cancel a Member’s participation in the Program at any time with or without prior written notice, even though the change in question may affect, without limitation, the Cash Rewards structure and/or the potential to earn further CashRewards.
Members can only earn, and receive payment for, CashRewards based on consumed bookings.
If a Member’s bookings are found to result in an inordinately high number of cancellations, as determined at the sole discretion of CCRA, CCRA reserves the right to remove said Member from the Program and to terminate his or her opportunity to earn any further CashRewards.
